In the same way, HydroChill® has shown to cool artificial green surfaces by the same process. As the turf surface is heated by solar radiation, water kept in the HydroChill® turf is released. Evaporating wetness gets rid of heat, leaving behind a cooler, more enjoyable surface for the players.

HydroChill® provides maximum benefit when the sun is closest to the Earth, as demonstrated in the solar radiation calendar.
